A bit about your meditation guide.
My corporate career started in recruitment & sales, and it ended with burnout, depression, and anxiety (YAY). I wanted to climb the ladder, bring in sales, be the top performer, mingle with everyone in the office, show up for my team, and impress my boss. In the midst of it all, I lost my sanity and was running on coffee and unhealthy habits that forced me to take a step back from it all.
One thing I knew when I hit rock bottom was that this was it. This was the low. And it was time to get up and get back in the game in the most healthy, active, and outrageously authentic way.
But how? That was the big question. How do I know who the hell I am anymore without my job? I somehow made my entire personality about my career. I let it define me. I let it be more than my soul, my life, and my relationships.
So, who was I now that all of that facade was stripped away from me? I had no choice but to go deeper.
Lucky for me, I found the “M” word: Meditation. That was the start of my journey. That was the beginning of me observing the observer. Understanding that I am not my thoughts. I am simply the observer of my thoughts.
I decided to go to the birthplace of Yoga and Meditation, also not far from my own birthplace, Bangladesh. I dove deeper into meditation techniques, forms, and ideologies learned from everyone who crossed my path. From India to Bali to Thailand, I meditated, I healed, I got into health and wellness like my life depended on it. And while this journey was far from rainbows and sunshine, I wouldn't have it any other way. Because now, I am someone I am truly proud of.
I know what it's like to lose yourself in the grind. And now that I’ve found a new way of living: grounded, peaceful, and powerful, it’s time for me to give back and guide others into their own healing.
Let’s Meditate together
“We don’t meditate to get better at meditating. We meditate to get better at life.”
